dholeraSTOP is an independent editorial project that ranks the people, projects and places of the Dholera Special Investment Region on real, verifiable signals. We are not a broker, not a developer and not a government body. We do not sell plots, and we never take payment to add a name or move a ranking.
Dholera is one of India's most talked-about greenfield projects, and most of the content about it is either a sales pitch or a rumour. We built dholeraSTOP to be the neutral leaderboard: a place where every figure traces to a named source, every rating is a dated Google figure, and every claim about the city is labelled durable, reported or target. If something is unknown or unverified, we say so rather than smoothing it over.
We track 60 Dholera developers and 109 named projects, cross-checked against a Google Maps business scrape, and we publish 50 deep, sourced listicles covering builders, projects, cities and towns, areas, infrastructure, investment reasoning and due diligence. Every listicle is 2000+ words, opens with a plain-English summary, can be read aloud in the browser, and carries a sticky table of contents.
Dholera-specific facts come from a maintained fact pack drawing on DSIRDA and DICDL (dholera.gujarat.gov.in), NICDC, GUJRERA, PIB, the CEA solar report, NHAI and DIACL, Census 2011 and reputable secondary references. Developer and project data comes from our directory and developer disclosures, with ratings from Google at a dated snapshot. See our methodology for exactly how we rank.
