This page explains exactly how dholeraSTOP ranks, sources and labels everything, because a ranking is only worth as much as its method. If you ever doubt a figure on this site, start here.
We rank developers on verifiable public signals only: a real Google rating and the number of reviews behind it, years active, and the number of disclosed projects, drawn from our directory of 60 developers cross-checked against a Google Maps business scrape dated 16 July 2026. We do not invent numeric scores. We do not crown a single best developer, because a high rank is a starting point for your own checks, not an endorsement. We never take payment to add a name or move a ranking.
Project rankings map named developments to their developers from developer disclosures in our index of 109 projects. These are disclosure snapshots, not a live RERA feed and not price quotes. Plot sizes and counts are shown exactly as listed. Where we group projects as affordable or premium, that is a location-based positioning, not a price claim, because there is no verified per-plot price for Dholera.
Every Dholera-specific figure is labelled durable (structurally fixed), reported (with a date), or target (announced, not yet delivered). We never present a target as an achievement. Where a figure is a broker or market range, we label it indicative and unverified. Where something is genuinely unknown, such as the full official list of the 22 SIR villages, we say so rather than guess.
There is no official government per-plot market price for Dholera. We give indicative broker ranges clearly labelled as unverified, route readers to the official land-pricing policy, and never guarantee appreciation. Every price mention is a range, not a point, and always paired with the instruction to get the all-in figure in writing.
We are not affiliated with any developer or government body. We do not sell plots. If you spot an error, contact us and we will fix it. Last verified: July 2026.
